Device Usability Analysis and Identification of Design Points
Our team has determined that the users of this device are not limited to a specific culture or region, and therefore, it is essential to incorporate as much design universality as possible.
In particular, as this is a medical device, we aim to avoid colors or patterns that may be perceived negatively in certain cultures or religions. Additionally, we have set a goal to design the UI with a structure and flow that can be easily understood globally, drawing inspiration from the early horizontal smart devices like tablets that have been widely used across regions.
Other key goals of the UX design for the device are to enhance the efficiency of virus testing for medical professionals, ensuring clear and accurate result interpretation. The design strives for cross-cultural adaptability, prioritizes user safety, and promotes accessibility, while also catering to diverse settings and user preferences.
Objectives include seamless onboarding, comprehensive documentation, compliance with regulations, robust user support, and a visually appealing interface that fosters user confidence.
Design Goals
With our deep expertise and data-driven approach, we deliver innovative solutions that captivate and engage users.
